Opposition Dangerman: Watford (A)

Southampton are back in Premier League action this weekend, as they travel to Watford.

Mauricio Pellegrino’s side haven’t won in the league since late November, so will be looking to get back to winning ways.

Last weekend, Saints put themselves into the FA Cup fourth round with a 1-0 win at Championship outfit Fulham. They will face Saturday’s opposition in the next stage of the competition.

Watford have been having some troubles of their own of late, having lost six out of their last seven Premier League meetings. This game is poised to be a big one for both sides, with Saints desperate for some points to avoid potentially dropping into the relegation zone.

But who should Saints be most wary of?

Richarlison

Brazilian winger Richarlison has been one of Watford’s brightest sparks this season, netting on five occasions.

The 20-year-old isn’t afraid to take on his opponents and is very attack-minded. His blistering pace and tricky feet make him difficult to play against for defenders, and he will no doubt be at the centre of most of the Hornet’s attacks come Saturday.
