According to reliable Belgian journalist Kristof Terreur, Southampton’s Jordy Clasie is set to have a medical today at Club Brugge ahead of a loan switch for the midfielder.

Clasie was listed for transfer by Southampton this month, as they look to offload the player to free up wages, with Clasie becoming a major outcast at the club.
The 26-year-old joined The Saints in 2015 for £8m and brought a lot of promise to the side but has since struggled for consistent game-time.
After injuries and poor performances, he’s seen himself drop down the pecking order under Claude Puel and Mauricio Pellegrino, seeing Steven Davis, James Ward-Prowse, Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, Oriol Romeu and new signing, Mario Lemina, all ahead of Clasie.
A loan move away from Southampton and the Premier League could help Clasie a lot and he may come back a much better player by next season.
