Jordy Clasie could make a move away from Southampton before the transfer deadline tomorrow, with Crystal Palace and Newcastle interested in the midfielder, according to a report in the Daily Echo.
Clasie has struggled to hold down a first team place in his two years at Southampton and with the arrival of Mario Lemina this summer, as well as Oriol Romeu, Pierre-Emile Hoijberg and Steven Davis being ahead of him, his future is looking very bleak at St. Mary’s.

Palace and Newcastle are said interested in the Dutchman’s services, with both sides looking to improve their teams after poor starts to their respective 2017/18 campaigns.
It was reported last week that the midfielder had been placed on the transfer list and Southampton will hope that with two clubs interested, a bidding war will break out so they can get the highest possible fee for the Dutchman.
