The Saints were involved in a bore draw at St. Mary’s on Saturday, as Claude Puel’s side made it three games in a row without a win in the Premier League.
The game on the south coast only sparked to life in the last seconds, as Dusan Tadic’s last minute penalty was saved to the left of Eldin Jakupovic.
Apart from then, however, Marco Silva produced an impressive organisation from his Hull City side, who did well do hold on for the rest of the match despite domination from Saints in the second half.
