Manolo Gabbiadini’s agent Silvio Pagliari has claimed that the striker is settling into life in England well.
Speaking to Italian news source Calciomercato in an exclusive interview, Pagliari discussed his client and what the future would hold for him, but it was positive news for Saints fans as reassurances were made that the Italy international is looking to impress for the club.
Manolo is happy in England, and wants to remain for a long time. It’s early to talk about a return to Italy. Manolo is in the Premier League, the most important league in the world, and wants to live this adventure to the end.
Gabbiadini is currently unable to speak English, so there is certainly a language barrier, but the 25-year-old certainly appears to have adjusted to the Premier League with consummate ease, firing home three goals in his first two games for the club.

Southampton have invested a lot in him, the most important in the club’s history, and he wants to pay it back: we have a four-and-a-half year deal.
Saints signed Gabbiadini on the final day of the January transfer window for a fee believed to be worth £14 million, but with the potential of £3 million’s worth of additional bonuses.
Manolo has made himself popular both on the pitch and off it, he’s had no problems fitting into the squad.
The former Napoli man will now look to help Saints to victory in the EFL Cup final on Sunday against Manchester United.
