Southampton claimed another disappointing draw in front of their supporters as they were held 1-1 by Brighton at St Mary’s in another poor performance from Mauricio Pellegrino’s side.
The visitors took the lead early on through a Glen Murray penalty only for Jack Stephens to grab a leveler in the second half.
It was important that Saints avoided defeat, which they did, but if they are to beat the drop this season then they simply have to win these kinds of games.
It’s now time to ask who your Southampton man of the match was.
Simply select which of the two players below had the better game and we’ll go ‘winner-stays-on’ style until the end.
