Southampton Predicted XI: Brighton (A)

Southampton will be looking to move further clear of the bottom three when they travel to relegation rivals Brighton on Saturday.

It has been nearly three weeks since the Saints were last in action with that impressive 2-1 win over Tottenham at St Mary’s.

That result left Southampton in 16th in the Premier League, two points above the drop zone and three points below Saturday’s opponents who are only one place above in 15th.

Brighton come off the back of reaching the FA Cup semi-finals after knocking out Millwall on penalties, they have also won their last two league games.

Ralph Hasenhuttl has a near fully-fit squad to choose from with Shane Long the only noticeable absentee.

Danny Ings could be set to feature after his return to training in the last couple of weeks following a hamstring injury.

Take a look at how we expect to line up against Brighton.
