# Gazzaniga and Pelle to face Spurs

Southampton boss Ronald Koeman has [confirmed](https://www.dailyecho.co.uk/sport/saints/news/14152787.Pelle_set_for_Southampton_return/?ref=rss) that both Paulo Gazzaniga and Graziano Pelle will be a part of the Saints side that will take on high-flying Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday.

Due to Maarten Stekelenburg’s reported toe injury sustained in training last week, 23-year-old goalkeeper Paulo Gazzaniga is in line to make his second consecutive start for The Saints on Saturday after a hugely impressive display against Crystal Palace.

> Maarten Stekelenburg is not available for the weekend so Paulo will start again this weekend.

On the other side of the pitch, some reassuring news will be found for The Saints in the form of the fitness of Graziano Pelle ahead of their crucial game this weekend. Pelle was benched against Palace last weekend due to a knee injury that he is expected to still be carrying however after having injections on Monday, the Italian powerhouse is set to be fit to start against Spurs.

Southampton will be hoping to end their five-game run without a win with a big victory over the visiting Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday.
