Southampton forward Dusan Tadic has blasted individual errors that are costing the club vital points and results.
This comes after Tadic and his teammates lost 3-1 to Manchester City at the weekend, with all three goals being ones that you could put down to individual mistakes.
The first goal came when Maya Yoshida was doing who knows what and just stood there and let Raheem Sterling take the ball off him before playing it across for Kevin De Bruyne to score.
The second goal was when Delph’s shot deflected off Van Dijk’s feet and wrong-footed Stekelenburg but I am not sure you can really call that a mistake from Van Dijk as much as it was misfortune.
The third then came from a Yoshida mistake again as he walked away from his position and left Kolarov glaringly unmarked inside the penalty area to fire in a third for City.

Speaking about the key mistakes, Tadic said this:
When you make some small mistakes against this kind of teams it’s really hard and they will punish you.
I think we need to learn a lot of things from this game.
Even the smallest of mistakes you can’t have them.
You need to be more concentrated and focus and that’s it.
Tadic only came on as a sub but still had a good chance to score, through on goal but saw his effort saved.
I think we can come back to the game after 2-1, we have my good chance and we have feelings that we can score.
Then they scored the third goal. It was difficult for us, but still we played much better second-half.
His (Kolarov’s) goal and my chance on 2-1, if I score that it may be different.
I wanted to chip him, he came onto me and I try to chip him.
He made a good save. Maybe I could chip a little bit higher but it didn’t happen.
