Southampton 0-1 Stoke

Southampton’s eight game unbeaten run was ended today as Stoke ran out 1-0 winners at St.Mary’s.

A goal from Bojan in the first half turned out to be the only goal of the game as Stoke defended well and Southampton failed to seize on their chances.

It ended Saints superb run but continued Stoke’s. They have now conceded just five times in seven away games; a stat that shows in their defensive play.
