Southampton are reportedly ready to recall both Sam Gallagher from MK Dons and Jack Stephens from Middlesbrough due to the pair’s lack of game time at the Championship clubs.
They are both products of the renowned Saints academy and are very highly thought of at the club. Yet, their loan moves away to the English second tier have not panned out as well as Koeman and his team would have hoped and now they are ready to recall the duo.
It is thought that Saints will bring the pair back to the club and then send them back on loan again, but to clubs that will allow them to have more game time. Southampton have already been speaking to other interested clubs that could give guaranteed first team football for Gallagher and Stephens.
Do you think that either Jack Stephens or Sam Gallagher can ever make it in Southampton’s first team?
