Southampton winger Lloyd Isgrove has joined League One side Barnsley on a loan until 3rd January 2016.
The 22-year-old Welshman will complete his 3rd loan spell of his career, after spending time at Peterborough and at Sheffield Wednesday in recent years. Isgrove has a chance of playing up to 12 games for The Tykes.
Isgrove will hope to impress Southampton manager Ronald Koeman with an impressive spell away at Barnsley, after featuring just once in competitive matches for Southampton since joining; ironically at Liverpool away last season, the fixture his parent club will take part in this Sunday.
Since Southampton have been in the Premier League, it has been clear to see that Isgrove does possess a decent level of talent, and a very clearly high level of endeavour and determination to succeed as a footballer, mainly showing in very impressive pre-seasons in the last few years.
However, a loan spell for the winger is sure to help his personal progress as he will hope to help Barnsley to climb the table from 19th after an underwhelming start from The Tykes.
