Southampton midfielder Oriol Romeu says he feels that his side do have enough quality to remain in the Premier League, as reported by the Daily Echo.

Saints came from behind at the weekend to beat West Brom 3-2 at the Hawthorns – a result which lifted them out of the relegation zone.

Just two points now separate the bottom three from Saints as the race to avoid the drop increases in pressure this season.

The South Coast club face a tough run of games coming up in the Premier League, with a visit from Liverpool on Sunday to be played before a trip to 7th placed Burnley at the end of the month.

Despite this, there are still plenty of matches which Saints should be targeting to win including three trips in March to Newcastle United, Swansea City and West Ham United, in what could prove to be a pivotal month.

The Saints midfielder spoke about the situation in a recent interview.

Yes, we are sure about that, we have the quality, We wanted to prove that. Not enough times have we done that, only in some periods of the games, some parts of the season.

We need to do that consistently and on a weekly basis. It is a moment to enjoy and feel happy about ourselves but there are still many games to go.
