The agent of Manolo Gabbiadini, Silvio Pagliari, has claimed that his client’s future remains in the Premier League.
Recent reports claimed that Gabbiadini is looking to return to Italy this summer, with his role having been limited at Southampton this season.
However, Pagliari claims that Gabbiadini’s future lies in the Premier League, rather than back in his home country of Italy.
Speaking to Football Italia, Pagliari said this:
He wants to fight and do well, but if you’re battling against relegation, it means things haven’t worked out.

He is happy in England too and it’s an experience worth doing. There is talk of a return to Italy, but I think his future is still in the Premier League.
Gabbiadini scored the winning goal against Swansea on Tuesday night for Southampton, all but securing their place in the Premier League for next season.
The strike was his fifth in the league this campaign for Southampton, having scored four goals in his previous 40 appearances for the club coming into the match.
Although Southampton may look to move Gabbiadini on in the summer, he could attract suitors from other Premier League clubs – including those coming up from the Championship.
