Southampton are planning a bid for Celtic’s Tom Rogic, according to Wednesday’s Daily Record.
The 25-year-old has had an impressive season during Celtic’s seventh consecutive SPL winning campaign, including four goals in four games against Old Firm rivals Rangers.

Celtic boss Brendan Rodgers conceded this week that they may have to lose the attacking midfielder in the next window.
Rodgers said:
Tom is a brilliant player, but you have to respect that a player’s career is short. I don’t think he is questioning the club, I don’t think he is questioning anything here. It’s just a life decision, really… There’s nothing sinister in it. He’ll take his time and I’ll always support players whatever their decisions are.
The Australian international is out of contract next summer, and if he has a successful World Cup, he could have plenty of potential suitors.
Southampton have done plenty of business with Celtic in the past, and seem to have a good relationship with the SPL side, however, the deal could be subject to the Saints remaining in the Premier League next season.
