Southampton will be looking to bounce back with a hugely important victory on Tuesday night as they face their south coast compatriots Bournemouth at the Vitality Stadium.
Saints will be hoping to climb back above West Ham and into the sixth place, which is now a Europa League qualification spot, but are well aware that the Cherries will not go down without a fight.
Plenty of options are now available to Ronald Koeman across the pitch, giving the Dutchman a selection headache, but a wanted one.
Here is how I feel as though Southampton will line up against Bournemouth.
Fraser Forster
Despite an awful performance against Chelsea, Forster is the man for the job. A certainty to start.
Cedric Soares
Cedric had a good game against Chelsea and will be faced with a tricky task of dealing with Max Gradel on the flanks.
Jose Fonte
Fonte will keep his place and look to lead Saints back into the European qualification spots.
Virgil van Dijk
Although he had a bad one against Chelsea, like Forster, he is the best man for the job and has put in some stellar displays at the back for Saints.
Ryan Bertrand
Bertrand will hope to keep a clean sheet against the side who he spent his first ever spell on loan away with.
Matt Targett
Despite his performance against Chelsea not being up to his recent standards, Targett will retain his place in the side and look to cause a shaky Bournemouth defence problems down the left-hand side.
Oriol Romeu
Romeu is expected to start after such an excellent run of form.
James Ward-Prowse
Jordy Clasie is set to drop out for Ward-Prowse only for fitness reasons, as Clasie is still adapting to the league and two full games in the short space of four days could prove to be too much for the Dutchman.
Steven Davis
Davis is all set to face the team who he last scored against in the 2-0 victory last November.
Charlie Austin
Austin is in line to make his second consecutive start for the Saints and will be looking to pounce once again against a leaky Bournemouth defence.
Sadio Mane
Mane is likely to come back into the team due to Shane Long being doubtful, and if there is ever a game to get the Senegal man’s form back, this is the one.
